NEW DELHI: Tata Motors owned Jaguar Land Rover today launched a special edition of sports utility vehicle Land Rover Freelander 2 priced at Rs 44.41 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai).

This new edition is powered by a 2.2 litre diesel engine and will be available only in limited numbers, the company said in a statement.

Commenting on the launch, Jaguar Land Rover India Vice President Rohit Suri: "It will further endear the hugely popular model to our young and sophisticated customers looking to own an exclusive Land Rover with enhanced sporty looks."

The Freelander 2 Sterling Edition is equipped with sporty exterior features such as 17 inch five-split spoke alloy wheel, lower door claddings and a single tail pipe with bright finish among other features. TOI
